Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do I have? We offer the following shipping methods for all orders within the United States:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the method chosen:
- Express: 3-6 business days
- Standard / Free Shipping: 7-14 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding US holidays). Times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on orders that meet the qualifying threshold. The amount will be shown automatically in your cart.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What if my package is delayed or lost? If your tracking shows any issue, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view it anytime in your account under “Order History”.
Are your products high quality? Yes. We carefully select every item for durability, design, and value so you can enjoy them for years.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Please contact us first for a return authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
What if my item arrives damaged? Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
